No Shortcuts

The Cap'n decided we needed some water time, so we lowered the Heather Marie and went for a sundown row. Roxi decided she wanted to bring their ball, and right after we left the dock Sailor dropped the ball over the side, on purpose. So that was the end of playing ball in the dinghy. It was the full moon, it was so bright, and the water was so flat. nice
The sanding continues, this weekend the sheer stripe. Hopefully we can bust out the sanding with the #8o, so we can sand it again with #12o, then we sand it with #18o, so we can then start to put some Cetol (an alternative to varnish that lasts longer)to seal it.
The sanding seems like it is taking forever to do, but, it's one of those things that does that, till it's done, and you look at it with pride, because you did it right, with no shortcuts.
